Mr. Gord Duff - President and CEO
Mr. Gord Duff is a professional accountant with over 25 years in management of software
and technology companies in the oil and gas sector.
Mr. Stuart Stoddart - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Stuart Stoddart is President of Jaratech Business Solutions,
a subsidiary of QCC Technologies Inc. Stuart has 20 years of Technology and Technology Management experience,
15 of these in the energy business.
Jaratech specializes in the development and support of Internet Based Applications
and has developed and now hosts the Trackflow Application.
Prior to starting and running Jaratech,
Stuart had a number of Information Technology Management positions in companies such as
Canadian Western Natural Gas (now ATCO Gas), and WestCoast Gas Services (now Engage Canada) and Anderson Consulting.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and holds an Information Systems Professional (ISP) with CIPS.
Mr. Philip H. Grubbe - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Philip H. Grubbe is the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Upton Resources,
a mid-sized publicly traded oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alberta.
Phil's responsibilities during his career have included: finance, systems, administration, gas operations
and customer service.
Phil brings to Trackflow many relationships in the oil and gas
and energy marketing industries.
Phil has over 20 years of oil and gas experience with companies such as Imperial Oil, Dome Petroleum,
and Unigas Corporation and most recently as Vice President, Finance and Administration with WestCoast Gas Services.
Phil is a graduate of Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 1972.
He earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1975 with Price Waterhouse in Toronto.
Mr. Timothy L. Stauft - Vice President Business Development
Mr. Timothy L. Stauft is an Associate Consultant with Purvin and Gertz Inc.,
an international energy industry consulting firm headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Tim has close to 20 years experience in the NGL and natural gas business including
project management, strategic planning, acquisitions and divestments, and general management.
Mr. Stauft has played the lead role in many industry initiatives including the sale of the
TransCanada Midstream assets and the development of the current NGL Royalty Policy for the province of Alberta.
Prior to joining Purvin & Gertz, Time was Vice President, NGL Services for TransCanada Pipelines Limited (TCPL).
Tim graduated from Queen's University if 1983 with a Bachelor Science (Honours) Chemical Engineering.
In 1996, Tim completed his MBA from Queen's as well.
