Our Smart Demand Side Management (SDSM) modules offer the most advanced real-time monitoring, forecasting, alarming, load shifting and/or shedding, reporting, graphing, trends and analysis on the market today.

Additionally, Trackflow's SDSM can optimize co-generation opportunities based on real-time prices. Power generated is used as replacement for higher priced energy or where permitted sold back to the grid with the settlement on behalf of the generator.

Trackflow also provides meter data management for electricity, water, gas and oil. Data retrieval, both direct and indirect, is supported. RTP (Real-Time Protocols) enable Trackflow to communicate directly with data-recording devices independently of the manufacture’s proprietary software. Automated File Transfer Protocols (AFTP) are used to retrieve data files produced by recording devices or files from other software systems. Trackflow's SDSM generates automated reports, preset scheduled reports, and exception report; with all data exportable to any client-defined system. Client-defined report generation modules (REGEN) are also available.
